Toss at 7 PM, match starts at 7:30 PM

The much awaited clash between India and Pakistan will take place at 7:30 PM as the action will start at the Dubai International Stadium. But before the that the toss will take place at 7:00 PM. Both team India and Pakistan having been training in the challenging conditions of Dubai for the past three days.

Players from both teams have been seen together, sharing time and thoughts as they prepare in the nets. both the captains, Rohit Sharma and Babar Azam addressed the press before the clash pointed out the key battles in the clash.

“We haven’t decided on the Playing XI. tomorrow’s match will be played on the same pitch as today’s (SL vs AFG). We want to see how the match goes and depending on that, we will decide our XI. The talk I had with the curator, the toss would not be a factor. There hasn’t been much dew. But we will see how it goes today in Sri Lanka vs Afghanistan match and then take a call, Rohit Sharma said in his press conference during on Saturday.

While Pakistan skipper Babar Azam highlighted the miss of Shaheen Shah Afridi and rued on how big loss he was.

“Shaheen is one of our best bowlers, he bowls with aggression and he leads the attack, so we will miss him. If Shaheen was there, it would have been a different game. But our other bowlers are also good, we have high confidence in the camp,” Babar said during the press conference.

Probable Playing XI

“We haven’t decided on the Playing XI. tomorrow’s match will be played on the same pitch as today’s (SL vs AFG). We want to see how the match goes and depending on that, we will decide our XI,” said Rohit Sharma during his press conference. However India are set to show faith in the form players and give them chance.

Despite losing Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Wasim Jr to injuries, captain Babar Azam will fancy his chances against India when the two teams clash on Sunday. Pakistan had defeated the Men in Blue in Dubai 11 months earlier and despite a whole new look to his team, Azam will be confident of his team delivering the goods.
