Disguised Toast reveals why he loves the idea of living in Japan
During an IRL stream with Lilypichu, Toast revealed that he would love to live in Japan instead of Los Angeles. Stating his reasons, he said that he felt like Japan was a much safer place to stay in compared to Los Angeles.
“I can’t leave my apartment in L.A. without the fear of getting robbed.”
Lily agreed with him on most grounds, but stated that she felt like the food in Los Angeles was a compelling factor behind her wanting to stay in the city. In response to that, Diguised Toast spoke about how they only ever ordered Korean food in Los Angeles.
“What I like about LA is that you can get any type of cuisine.”
Toast and Lily then went on to have a discussion about whether the Korean food in Japan would be better than that in LA. While Toast seems to believe Japan would have better Korean food, Lily stood by Los Angeles, stating that their Korean food must be better in her opinion.
The conversation then moved on to the Japanese language, as Toast exclaimed how he was tired of not being able to understand anything that was being said around him. However, he went on to admit that people in Japan were nice about the fact that tourists might not know the language.
“One thing that is nice is that people are very accepting if you don’t speak Japanese. There’s a lot of nodding though.”
Disguised Toast is evidently having a lot of fun on his Japan trip, enough to convince him to want to live there. The OTV Japan trip is still on for over a week, so fans can expect a lot more such unfiltered content from their favorite OTV streamers.
