With none of the throwers having breached the 90m mark in qualifications, there is plenty of gas left in the tank of all the throwers to produce their best in the final.

The US are always the favourites as their recent history suggest, winning seven of the past eight world titles. India relay squad comprises of Noah Nirmal Tom, Muhammed Ajmal, Naganathan Pandi, Rajesh Ramesh and Muhammed Anas Yahiya, only four of them will start.

Men and Women 4x100m final

With the kind of sprinters in the men’s team of the United States, they start as favourites despite injury to Fred Kerley. They have Trayvon Bromell and Marvin Bracy as inform stars to take them to gold. As for the women competition, Jamaica are the team to beat. A team comprising stars like Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shericka Jackson, it would take something special to beat Jamaica.
